Praesidium
Royal Praesidium is a secret hidden safe house that provides anything you need to be kept safe. Protected by magic, fae and a few surprises along the way. The only way to find and access the main building is by gaining approval and entrance through The Viper Room, through special vip services. If you are given access you will be brought to the secret location and given a way in and out so you don't get trapped. Whether your issue is simply not having a place to stay or you're being hunted Royal Praesidium can help you out, for those that can afford it the prices aren't cheap but for those that can not the fee is waived. Nobody is turned away when they are in need of help, whether we help you direct or find you the help by another source where needed.
The idea for Royal Praesidium started when Minjun was having issues at home, what they later found out to be his cousin causing the problems gave Taeseuk the idea that sometimes people need a safe space to get away. The plans started as soon as his elf was back in his arms, first the perfect location, the building he had in mind just simply would not fit in Seoul. Rather than compromising on the building an island was purchased that would be the base for the new endeavour, construction work began instantly after several months everything was brought to life. A dream of wanting to be able to help and protect people given life in a way he never thought possible, a helping hand that he never got.

Regulations
This is a safe house any and all violence will be dealt with swiftly and with equal force
Nobody should be made to feel uncomfortable if we find out that you are doing so then you shall be dealt with accordingly
Any breaking of the rules can and will see you removed from the premises, if you continue to break the rules or the rule break is serious enough you will be banned for good
Do not trespass other peoples rooms without permission
Consent is not a voluntary permission it is a required permission if you do not have consent you can not do it no matter how small
Harassment of anyone will result in you being removed instantly, residents and staff alike should never be harassed
meals are served at set times but you may ask staff at anytime for food
We are set up for all races, warnings are in place for any specifics that need to be avoided by specific races please do not ignore them for your own safety
Biting of staff or Residence without consent will result in your removal
Dietary requirements of all races are met, if you have any personal requirements please let an assistant know so arrangements can be made
Royal Praesidium Residents
Taehee Choi - Temporary - After she was hunted and her husband injured Taeseuk refused to let Taehee return home until the threat was dealt with, forcing his sister to stay at the safe house to protect her.
Park Jaehwan - Temporary - When his wife was hunted it was Jaehwan that suffered the most consequence, being the one they got to first and tortured to try and get the information out of him. When rescued Taeseuk refuses to let them leave until it was safe.

Royal Praesidium Staff
Taeseuk Choi - Owner - While he though he was giving up the Viper Room to Jebi Taeseuk started his next andventure, wanting to provide a safe space for all those that needed it.
Leonor Li - First Contact - Leonor is the first contact for anyone that wants to deal with or enters Royal Praesidium, she calls on the Fae to allow people access and she takes people to the appropirate person once within Royal Praesidium's grounds.
Kafka Kurohime - Bodyguard - One of five bodyguards always on hand at Royal Praesidium Kafka is there to offer protection to anyone that needs it. Specializing in x you can count on him to be by your side when you need the help.
